Well Im not saying it would take away all the pain, just thought maybe it would be a tad bit better then sweaty flesh on sweaty flesh.

under armour is designed to be the closest thing to flesh you can get.

Okay whether you have under armor on or not it does hurt. BUT LIKE i SAID THROUGH EXPERIENCE IT DOES NOT HURT AS BAD.

Re: The Arena's Best Fighter Ever.

Okay, here's the deal on kicks to the body.

If the kick is thrown properly it won't make much difference as the point of impact will be the shin, not the foot. The kick should not be chambered and snapped as in Tae Kwon do, most traditional Karate style, etc. It should instead be thrown with commitment, momentum, and some degree of the kickers weight behind it.

If the kick is thrown from a chamber with a snap and landed with the top of the foot then the under armour will eliminate some of the sting.

I never really worried about a sting, broken ribs and the such concerned me a bit. I never had a problem letting anyone who chambers their kicks landing on me, you can just roll with them and take advantage of the position they have place themselves in.

On the other hand I have trained with people like Muay Thai instructor Jerrel Sutherland who is very likely going to break ribs and do other nasty things to his target with each and every well landed kick.

There's a world of difference depending upon who is throwing the kick.
